Where Do I Enter The Promo Code?
Promo codes can be entered during checkout on the right-hand side of the payment page. Simply type your code in the “Discount Code” box and click “Apply.” The total will update before you complete your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery via the shipping carrier’s website.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can’t be changed once submitted. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@dazebty.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
